Our planned pickleball building with 12 indoor courts will be unique in all of Colorado, if not beyond! Combine that with 8 dedicated outdoor courts, 6 indoor and 6 outdoor tennis courts, skiing and other snow sports in the winter, and hiking / biking / river sports in the summer, the Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball Complex is sure to be a year-round world class destination for active travelers.
Aren’t we lucky to have that in our own backyard?
Thanks to the following Legacy Leaders (those who have donated or pledged $10,000 or more), we have reached our first "Steamboat Relishes Pickleball" capital campaign goal, that of raising $1,000,000 by October 1st –

A huge thank you to all these forward-thinking Legacy Leaders for leading the way in making our community’s dream of an indoor pickleball facility come true! This summer’s booming pickleball court rental income makes us even more confident that we will far exceed the 35% court usage fee needed for the new Complex to be profitable. With Routt County expected to grow by 42% over the next 15 years, this indoor/outdoor tennis and pickleball facility is a much-needed community resource that will benefit the public for decades to come. To find out more about how you can become a Legacy Leader, please contact Capital Campaign Committee Chair Becky Lamb at becky@courtsports4life.org or Loretta Conway at loretta@steamboattennisandpickleball.com. Together, let’s reach our next goal of raising $2,000,000 by Spring 2021, the milestone required for us to start applying for foundation grants!
